Setting the Mood with Over-the-Counter Lights for the Kitchen

When I built this kitchen, I envisioned a place where we could all gather while meals were being prepared. The island would serve as the hub for all the activities. Snacks. Meal Prep. Homework. Crafts.

Over-the-counter lighting is a big part of that experience; with the right lights, the whole island can set the mood.

Our decision to go with these brushed brass pendants was that the adjustable height feature and warm brass finish not only complemented our kitchen fronts but also provided efficient and focused illumination for our workspace with just the right amount of detail without overpowering our kitchen.
